SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends).
Tracking Information
- If you choose a shipping option with tracking, tracking numbers and order confirmations are emailed once your order is shipped.
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days via Canada Post.
- International orders may take longer and tracking information will be provided via email.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
- We are not responsible for carrier issues once your package is shipped.
- For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
International Orders:
Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Dotdotpop does not cover these charges, as they vary by location. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
At Dotdotpop, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please ensure you select the correct size when placing your order. Size chart is included in the product description and in the last picture slide album in our product photos.

BIKER JACKETS:
We offer exchanges for customers who mistakenly order the wrong size. However, refunds are not accepted. Kindly review our biker jacket exchange policy below:
We do not offer refunds on any of our products. However, we do allow exchanges only on our biker jackets if the wrong size was ordered. Please note the following conditions for exchanges:
1. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees to return the incorrect size to us and for the shipment of the correct size.
2. The biker jacket being exchanged must be in its original condition, undamaged, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.
3. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
